Policy
Live a Little Party Rental Policy
We offer delivery/pickup in Memphis, TN and surrounding areas. Items are delivered to first floor only within 50 feet of tail gate to your facility room or home/garage. Ask us about set up of the tables and chairs for an extra fee. If you need an exact appointment time for delivery, please ask if that option is available and what’s the required fee. Please discuss this need at the time of placing your reservation.
Payment Accepted: Credit/ Debit Card, CashApp, Venmo or Zelle. Invoices will be sent to your email via Square. Credit/Debit Card payment are processed through Square.
Deposits
Invoices will be sent to your email. They are to be paid using Square. Deposits are 50% of the complete balance. You don't have a reservation without a DEPOSIT. You will receive a receipt and a copy of the policy via email. The receipt and policy will need to be signed. It will be sent via email. You can paid in full.
Final Payments
Final payment/balance is DUE 24 hours before DELIVERY/DROP-OFF. Candy Tables, Candy Carts, Custom Table Centerpieces and Decor are to be paid in full at booking.
Cancellation Policy
The deposit is non-refundable if your event is cancelled.
Rescheduling Event
Rescheduling is free, if it is done 21 days before the event. If it is within 20 days of the event, it is a $25 fee and 16% percentage of total balance rescheduling fee. You will need to pay the additional fee to reschedule within the 20 days. And the final balance will still be DUE at DELIVERY.
Rain Policy
In the unfortunate event that rain begins during or before your event, rental items will need to be brought in to avoid weather damage, resulting in full replacement fees. If items are delivered and your event is rained out there is no refund. If you have to cancel before delivery because of rain, our standard cancellation policy applies. Rental items that are wet and/or muddy will require cleaning and fees will be passed to the client that had the event reservation. In the event, the weather requires us to make a return trip or arrive at a different time other than on the contract, you many incur an additional fee. If items are delivered and not set up because of the weather there is no refund on set up. In some cases, if we are asked to do extra labor because of inclement weather you will be charged accordingly.
Set Up
At the time of reserving, please let us know your needs. In most cases, we can set up tables and chairs for an additional fee. Normally, items are delivered and stacked at the nearest entrance and will need to be returned at that location after use. All items should be wiped down and clean. Set up is included with Candy Tables and Candy Carts, Custom Table Centerpieces, Backdrops and Decor. The customer/contact should be available to count all items upon delivery and pickup; otherwise our count will be considered accurate.
Responsibility for loss of or damage to rental items remains with the customer from delivery to the time of pickup.
Customer must protect rental items from the weather and secure them when not in use and must inspect the rental items delivered at the time of delivery.
Finalizing Reservation
Reservation can always have things added on if they are available. You can’t reduce your reservation once we are within three weeks (21 days) of the event. Balance is DUE 24 before the DELIVERY DROP-OFF.
